COVID-19

Black Tusk Helicopter continues to adapt our policies and to ever-changing regulations in our commitment to offering consistent and safe charter services. Recent Federal Government mandates require all staff and passengers to be fully-vaccinated.

Please review the following in advance of your flight to ensure you are prepared:

  1. Masks continue to be mandatory both In our office and on your flight.

  2. All passengers and staff are required to be fully vaccinated. Falsifying your vaccine status can lead to a $5,000 penalty.

  3. Proof of Vaccination (QR Code) and photo ID must be presented prior to flight.

  4. At this time, children under 12 and pre-approved medically exempted individuals will not be required to show vaccination status. Should you require a medical exemption please advise us at least 21 days in advance and we can email you the necessary documents. Exempt individuals will still require a covid negative test result prior to departure.

  5. As always waivers are required before flight. You will see additional questions pertaining to Covid-19. Please ensure these are answered correctly.

Should you have questions please email flightdesk@btheli.com.
